Listen, Kleenex boxes have those little cardboard tabs you pull to open, and theyβre perfectly bookmark-shaped
Anyway, now itβs decorated and pretend-fancy~β¨

Livejournal just sent me a notification telling me my journal was 22 years old
Should have a warning on the email before hitting me in the face with that kind of content. Do you know how old I feel right now?
Rude.
Listen I am going to use filters and shit to colorize and enlarge (β¦and then overpaint stuff it fucked up) like Iβm in one of those old cop shows where the forensic team is just like βenhanceβ
Because I am MAD WITH POWER
So anyway hereβs a backstage low res screen grab of Joseph Quinn as Eddie Munson, but dramatically colorized and shit. Bokeh and sunset lighting background? Ofc.
tech used: jpghd.com (enlarger) | palette.fm (colorizer) | deepai.org (colorizer) | photopea (overpaint/edits) | photoshop CS6 (overpaint/edits) | facetune (background/lighting) | faceapp (skin texture)
My inability to properly integrate into social media platform usage means I miss a lot of things like memes but also a lot of things like interpersonal conflict in fandoms
So I’m confused but potentially more serene
Anyway if anyone happens to read this (and how have you arrived here? In my tiny corner?) I hope that if there’s fandom conflicts in whatever you’re into that they don’t get in the way of creating new things, and sharing them, and remembering the things you enjoy.
It’s good to be able to have a nice time turning characters and ideas over and over and passing them back and forth. Build more worlds and stories. Love things.
I am so sleep deprived rn I forget where I was going with this so please do the Bill & Ted thing and Be Excellent to Each Other, thank you
As I get older I feel like I’m less and less sure of who I am as a person, which is kind of the opposite of how I figured it’d go.
Metaphorically I’m pointing at a mirror and demanding ‘and who the hell is that supposed to be?’
(Whoever wrote my life is very inconsistent with characterization.)
verrrry slowly cleaning up a sketch from a notebook into a digital portrait (can you still see the lines from the page? yes, yes you can)
I would like to be a vampire because I think it would give me more time to procrastinate
Ballpoint sketch ofβ¦ I genuinely donβt know if this is Steve Harrington or just Joe Keery as himself? It got a little warped/long so I cheated and used photoshop to fix his tragically elongated cheek. Was I too lazy to draw his hair? You are absolutely correct.
None of my ~srs art is moving apace, so have a random doodle from my notebook so I can post something and pretend Iβm creating content
